RAMBLE THROUGH THE LENS by Fumi Homma

イギリスで大衆文化として脈々と受け継がれてきた歩く旅、ランブリングの魅力を写真家の視点を通して表現するフォトジャーナルシリーズ“RAMBLE THROUGH THE LENS”。

本編は東京出身で現在はロンドンを拠点にファッション誌などを中心にグローバルに活躍する写真家「Fumi Homma」をクリエイティブパートナーに迎え、イングランドのケント州北部にあるシェピー島北西部に位置する町、シアーネスを舞台に撮影を行った。

ヨーロッパのブルーフラッグに認定されるシアーネスの海岸沿いには整備された遊歩道があり、その近辺には花畑が広がる。古い街並みと広大な草原、ロンドンへと通ずるテムズ川の流れる牧歌的な風景の広がるシアーネスは旅人たちをランブリングへと誘う魅力に溢れている。
